Who we are

Finalit is prediction intelligence for communication, operated by Wadalyon Ltd (“Finalit”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16734023, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. These terms are a contract between you and Wadalyon Ltd. By creating an account or using Finalit, you agree to them.

What Finalit does

You submit your content; Finalit predicts the likely outcome: how the people it reaches are likely to take it and what they are likely to do, in odds, never certainty. It tells you what is carrying those odds and what is holding them back, and offers suggested changes you can choose to apply. A prediction is an assessment of what is likely, not a guarantee.It is our assessment of the likely outcome, given the Lens it is made through, and it is never a promise about what will happen when you send it. We don’t promise any particular outcome (a job, an admission, an investment), and you remain responsible for everything you send. Finalit will sometimes be wrong, which is why we keep a record of what it said.

Your account

You need a Finalit account, created with Google sign-in or a six-digit code sent to your email. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit, the desks you write, the Lenses you create and the improved versions you produce. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you: to make a prediction about it, produce suggested changes, and store your work so you can come back to it. We do not train AI models on your content, and we do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Lenses you publish

A Lens is yours. If you choose to publish one, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it and to run it for other people, for as long as it stays published, so that it can do the thing publishing it is for. You can unpublish at any time, which stops it being offered to anyone new. Your Lens’s instructions are never shown to the people who run it. Only publish a Lens you have the right to publish, and don’t put anyone else’s confidential material inside one.

The record we keep

Finalit logs every prediction it gives you: what it said, the Lens it was made through, what you did about it, and anything you tell us about how your work landed. This is how a prediction can be checked rather than forgotten, and it is what lets us tell you how often Finalit is right. These records contain no part of your content. Deleting a piece of work does not delete the record of the prediction made about it; closing your account deletes both. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Plans and payment

Finalit offers a Free plan and paid plans. Current prices are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor; prices are in GBP and may exclude VAT where applicable. We may change prices with notice, and changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

Team plans

On a team plan the account holder manages seats and pays for them, and can add or remove people. A team shares desks and Lenses: the context colleagues’ predictions are made with, and the Lenses they are made through. A team never shares your work.An account holder cannot read a colleague’s content, predictions or record through Finalit, and anything shown about how a team is performing is aggregated. If your seat is removed, your own work stays yours.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and access continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Because Finalit is a digital service you access immediately, by subscribing you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day cancellation right once access begins. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Acceptable use

You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break it.

Availability

We work to keep Finalit available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, add or discontinue features. Finalit runs on third-party infrastructure, and its availability affects ours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows the following apply.

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, business or reputation arising from work you sent after using Finalit;
• our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you directly. Continuing to use Finalit after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
