Acceptable Use Policy
A short list of things Finalit can't be used for. Breaking it is the fastest way to lose an account.

Using Finalit means agreeing not to:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so;
- submit content you don’t have the right to use, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- use Finalit to produce material that is harmful, harassing, hateful, or that exploits or endangers children;
- use Finalit to impersonate someone, or to produce material designed to deceive, such as fraudulent credentials or fabricated records;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service, or work around usage limits, security or payment;
- resell or redistribute Finalit’s outputs as a competing assessment service;
- use automated means to access the service, except where we expressly allow it.
What happens if you break it
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it’s proportionate we’ll warn you first, but for serious cases, particularly anything involving harm to children, we act immediately and without notice. Your rights under the Terms of Service apply.

If you see Finalit being misused, tell us at support@finalit.aiand we’ll look into it.
